I am a human‑connection–driven advocate with extensive experience addressing complex social issues, including adoption reform, women’s health, grief and trauma, and reproductive exploitation. My work focuses on writing, public speaking, community engagement, and education, with an emphasis on translating nuanced topics for diverse audiences such as professionals, media, and the public.

Based in Utah, I bring a direct, compassionate approach to advocacy and communication.

I am a writer, speaker, and mother of two, with a deep commitment to dignity, equity, and sustained support for marginalized voices.

Ashley Mitchell serves as the Co-Founder and Director of Adoption Rights, an initiative dedicated to provide safe, informed, and empowered information for pregnant mothers considering adoption along side legislation reform through initiatives in adoption, unique living, and incarceration.

For nearly two decades, she has been a leading and trusted voice within the national adoption community. Known for her transparency and vulnerability, her advocacy has reached and influenced audiences across the country.
