I am so grateful to be nominated as the Utah Mother of the Year with American Mothers, INC. for the third year in a row! I will be giving my 3 minute speech on the philosophy of motherhood along with fellow AMAZING nominations.
I have been invited to share my expertise on trafficking in modern adoption, to break down the Paul Peterson case and what is happening on a national scale surrounding this topic, including Utah Adoption Rights.
Thanks to American Mothers, INC, I have the great opportunity to attend The seventieth session of the Commission on the Status of Women will take place from 9 to 20 March 2026 at the UN building in NYC. The priority theme of the session will be: Ensuring and strengthening access to justice for all women and girls, including by promoting inclusive and equitable legal systems, eliminating discriminatory laws, policies, and practices, and addressing structural barriers. The review theme will be: Women’s full and effective participation and decision making in public life, as well as the elimination of violence, for achieving gender equality and the empowerment of all women and girls (agreed conclusions of the sixty-fifth session)
